Privacy

We use this website to provide information about Cream City Field Hockey Club. The website itself does not include a player registration database or embedded analytics/tracking scripts in this initial release.

When you choose to register, you leave this website for Google Forms, where the information you submit is collected by North Shore Field Hockey LLC for registration and club administration. Approved players may receive communications through BenchApp. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Registration information and signed waivers are managed by authorized club organizers and are not published on this website. For questions about your information or requests to correct registration details, contact creamcityfhc@gmail.com.

Technical hosting and access logs may be processed by Cloudflare as the website provider. This notice should be reviewed if the club later adds analytics, embedded content, payment tools, or other data collection.
